2. Strange things are happening when I try to log in! Is there anything I can do?Most sections of the website require you to be registered as a site user before you can gain access. It is recommended that you register as a site user the first time you visit the site. If you are a Gorilla System User (i.e. you have purchased our software package), the login for you and your team has already been set up for you. DO NOT try to re-register or register additional staff. All staff should be using your team login.
Whenever you visit the site, be sure to login using your registered username and password combination. This will get you basic access to the website.
Registering as a site user is NOT the same as registering for an online event, such as BGM Internet Radio or WebEx. To register for an online event, go to www.billgood.com/events.cfm.
Go to www.billgood.com/clear. This will clear out all your BillGood.com settings. Then Login to the website. If the problems persist, contact support@billgood.com.3. How do I change my email address or other information?
Login to the website. Then click on "Edit My Profile" in the main title bar. Update your information as needed. When done, click "Next".4. I have missed a BGM Internet Radio broadcast that I wanted to hear. What do I do now?
Login to the website. Click on the "BGM Internet Radio" link on the homepage, or go to www.billgood.com/bgmradio. Click on "Broadcast Archives". Choose the event you want to listen to. Note: You will need RealPlayer to listen to BGM Internet Radio.
