You do need a plan. One way to develop a plan is to take an existing plan and adapt it. Start by downloading "Business Planning 2013 and Beyond." Read it. It details how to develop your own two or three year marketing plan.

One of the differences between the plan built into our system and the plans other coaches produce is that we also provide the infrastructure. Assume part of your plan is: Increase AUM by $10 million in two years.
